Land acquisition and design
The site was acquired and the development of “Brīzes” began, laying the foundation for a new residential community on the Liepāja coast.
2026
Construction begins
Construction started in June 2026. A modern six-storey residential building with 58 apartments for sale and rent is now taking shape.
2027
Completion & Move-In
The development is scheduled for completion in summer 2027, with the first residents expected to move into their new homes by the sea shortly afterwards.
